U.S. & Canada Shipping Information

When will my order arrive?

Most orders process and ship within 1-4 business days, though delays can occur due to order volume or inventory.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier details. This information is also available under “My Account” > “Orders” on justineplichon.com. 

Shipping Times:

  • US Standard Shipping: Most orders arrive 3-5 business days after shipment.
  • Canada Standard Shipping: Most orders arrive 3-5 business days after shipment. 
  • US Express Delivery: Options for overnight (1 business day) or 2 business day delivery are available.
    • Note: Rush orders must be placed by 10 am EST for same business day shipping. Orders placed after this time on Friday will ship on Monday. Express delivery does not include weekends or holidays and is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Delivery Carriers:

  • We use FEDEX, UPS or USPS for standard deliveries and cannot select a specific carrier due to automated processing.
  • Rush deliveries are typically sent via UPS or FEDEX.
  • Canadian orders are shipped with USPS and transferred to Canada Post or a select courier for delivery.
  • Orders to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Delivery Instructions:

  • Delivery locations are at the discretion of the delivery driver and outside of Justine Plichon’s control.
  • Once your order ships, you can contact the carrier with special delivery instructions, which can sometimes be done online by creating an account with the carrier.
  • Some carriers may require a signature based on the delivery driver’s discretion. Please contact the carrier directly for more details.
  • A signature is required for all orders of $300 or more.

Payment Authorization:

  • We authorize your card for the full purchase amount when your order is placed. This authorization will appear as pending and will be removed within a few days, depending on your bank. Your card will be charged the final amount when your order ships.

Restricted Countries:

  • We cannot accept orders from the following countries: Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Cote d’Ivoire, Iran, Lebanon, Macedonia, Pakistan, Ukraine, China.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return Policy

At Justine Plichon, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund for products returned within 14 days for orders placed directly with Justine Plichon LLC. Please note that shipping and import/tariff fees are non-refundable.

How to Start Your Return Request Online:

You can either submit a request through our contact form or log in to your account and start a return.

Once you’ve made your return request, a return label will be sent to you. 

Please note: You are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. You can select the carrier that works best for you.

Return Timeframes:

  • 0 – 14 days from purchase date: Returns will be processed as a refund to the original payment method or as store credit, if preferred.

 

Product condition

The legal right of return cannot be exercised if the products have been opened or used after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We therefore ask you to ensure that products are returned in their original packaging and box to ensure the safe return of products. In this case, your responsibility is engaged.

Any product returned damaged, in particular through lack of protection in unsuitable packaging, will be considered as a damaged product and will not be reimbursed.

Additional Information:

  • We do not accept exchanges at the moment.
  • Promotion codes are considered a discount and the value will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. 
  • If your original payment method is expired or no longer valid, we can only issue a refund in the form of store credit.
  • International Clients: We cannot refund duties and taxes as these are collected by the governing country, not Justine Plichon. This includes import fees and tariff fee for Canadian clients.
