Like many of you, I’ve lived with oily skin struggles for years. The shine by midday, the constant trial and error, the frustration of products that promised balance but only pushed my skin further out of it. Formulas that stripped too much, textures that felt too heavy, routines that became overwhelming.
As I became a cosmetic chemist and deepened my expertise in skin biology, I began to see things differently. It wasn’t just my skin, it was the way the beauty industry developed products. Too much noise, too little intention. I realized that what I had been looking for didn’t exist yet: skincare that was both highly technical and effortlessly wearable. So I created it myself.
Justine Plichon Cosmetic is the result of a refined approach to skincare, where every formula is developed with precision, discipline, and purpose. Inspired by my French roots and our art de vivre, I create products that focus on balance, performance, and texture - where formulas help you find your little 'je ne sais quoi'.
This is my way of redefining skincare for oily skin and beyond. Because this is about more than controlling shine: it’s about confidence, ease, and feeling entirely at home in your skin.

Sustainability isn’t a fixed destination, it’s a continuous process. We approach it the same way we approach formulation: with rigor and honesty. From packaging choices to ingredients sourcing, every decision is regularly re-evaluated to reduce impact and move forward, deliberately.

Skincare shouldn’t feel like a mystery. We believe in clarity: how formulas are built, what goes into them, and why they’re priced the way they are. Nothing hidden, nothing inflated. Just a straightforward approach you can trust.
